Splendors of Khareef Salalah: Journey into the Arabian Oasis

This time we will have solid three days of touring this natural wonder of Salalah during Khareef season. Salalah is the capital city of southern Oman’s Dhofar province. It’s known for its banana plantations, Arabian Sea beaches and waters teeming with sea life. The Khareef, an annual monsoon, transforms the desert terrain into a lush, green landscape and creates seasonal waterfalls.

Day One : We will leave Dubai on FlyDubai at 2 A.M and reach Salalah at 4 am where we will get picked up to start our tour straight away as the guide picks us up at the airport.

Highlights of Day one (Salalah Western region):
1. Rub Water Spring. (Hiking in a green Mountain 4Km go/back, Swimming (optional)).
2. Al-Maghsail Cave and Blowholes.
3. Panormaic Views for Arab Sea.
4. Frankincense Valley to demonstrate wild frankincense tree production.
5. Lunch Break out door in nature.
6. Shaat Panoramic View
Then we head to our hotel for dinner and some time at Leisure

Day Two: We start our adventure at 8 am after breakfast at the hotel: Theme: Mountain Safari tour.

Day two highlights include:
1. Ghaidh Water Spring. (Hiking in a green jungle 4Km (going and back), Swimming (optional).
2. Ittin Mountain (JOB Prophet Tomb – Salalah City View).
3. Jarziz Water Spring.
4. Lunch Break in a Local Restaurant.
5. Traditional Market in the beach (Husn Market).
6. Halwa and fresh fruits Markets.

Day Three : (Eastern region tour ):
Highlights of Day three:
1. Darbat Valley and Waterfalls.
2. Taqah City (Beach – Cliff).
3. Top of Dhofar (2100m above sea level), Jabal Samhan.
4. Lunch out door in top of the mountain (optional).
5. Baobab Huge trees valley (Short Hiking).
6. Athum and Tobruq water springs.
Then we heads straight to the airport to catch our evening flight on FlyDubai.
