I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT BELOW PRIOR TO SIGNING CONFIRMING MY AGREEMENT TO THIS WAIVER.

LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age. Subject to the proviso included below, participating in Travel Nomadista trips is entirely at your own risk.

Although not hugely physical, Travel Nomadista activities will involve a degree of physical activity such as hiking or swimming, etc… It is your responsibility to ensure that you participate within your own physical capacity and accounting for any medical conditions you may have.

Travel Nomadista may include hiking up steep hills and down some loose rocks. This could increase your risk of injury. Any Travel Nomadista activity or trip you decide to join is held entirely at your own risk.

You are responsible for any belongings you may bring with you to any Travel Nomadista trip and we are not responsible for any lost items. You agree to take all belongings including rubbish away with you, respecting ‘leave no trace’.  

Travel Nomadista and its volunteers will not be liable for (whether for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise) any loss or damage incurred by any participant (including with respect to property) or any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by any participant, if nothing in this disclaimer will operate to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

I/we acknowledge and accept that the direction(s) by Travel Nomadista tour leader must be always followed and that failure to do so will waive my/our rights of redress against Travel Nomadista for any subsequent loss, damage or injury sustained by me/us.

FOR PARTICIPANTS OF MINORITY AGE: I hereby certify that I, parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant of minority age, do consent and agree to his/her release of all, and for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify Travel Nomadista for all liabilities incident to this participant of minority age’s participation in the Activities.

BEING SNAPPED – REGARDING PHOTOGRAPHS AND FILMS

During Travel Nomadista activities, you may be photographed or filmed by Travel Nomadista’s amateur or professional photographers/filmmakers. By attending any Travel Nomadista activity, you agree that you may be photographed and/or filmed by such people and that the resulting images may be used, by us or (as we direct) by a third party for editorial, promotional, media or any other lawful purpose.

I am aware that by signing below I am waiving all legal rights which I may have against Travel Nomadista.
